When you need or want counselling for an issue that affects your life profoundly, wrestling with your insurance company is the last thing you want to do.  We can help, whether you work with Spacious Mind Counselling therapist in-office in Guelph or in an online-therapy setting.

Though many clients pay for therapy out of pocket (for a variety of reasons), your health insurance plan may have an allocation for mental wellness services.  In that case, we can set up direct billing with them (typically before your first session), so that you don’t need to pay out of pocket and then try to get reimbursed by your insurer.  In most cases, we can deal with them so you don’t have to.
