How we help
We work with people to help figure out what is getting in the way of intimacy in the relationship and help partners find a path to a personalized, healthy form of regular sexual expression that meets the needs of both partners in the relationship.
We also work with individuals to help them find their own sense of healthy sexuality that works for them.
We are very professional and sensitive in discussing these less-discussed topics, as we know they can be hard to discuss, and well-versed in many research-based methods for addressing more and less common sexuality-related concerns, including for those in the LGBTQ+ community.
We are a kink and poly friendly therapy centre.
